Prayer Objectives for the
A Team Malawi Mission Trip

1) Psalm 78:53 And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

a. Pray that God would lead them safely
b. Pray that they will be filled the assurance of God’s presence.

2) Acts 4:29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,

a. Pray that God would remove all opposition to this mission
b. Pray that God would grant a boldness to proclaim that he places in their spirit.

3) Colossians 4:3 Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:

a. Pray that God will prepare the hearts of the people to receive the words that will be spoken.
b. Pray that God will grant that the faith all in attendance will have their faith to be increased and grant a greater revelation of life and ministry of Jesus Christ.

4) Hebrews 2:4 God also bearing [them] witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

a. Pray that God would place his divine approval upon all who are a part of this team.
b. Pray that God would demonstrate this by many signs, miracles and wonders to be performed at the hands of the members of this team.

5) 2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have [free] course, and be glorified, even as [it is] with you

a. Pray for the word of the Lord to be Glorified
b. Pray that the preaching of his glorified word not have any opposition.

6) Romans 1:10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

a. Pray that every portion of this mission trip be led by the will of God.
b. Pray that this journey will be a blessing to both the members of this team and to the people of Malawi.
