The West Virginia Network of Prayer (WVNOP) is a ministry of the WV District of the United Pentecostal Church, and all our web services provided here are free of charge. We’re part of the World Network of Prayer, which is a ministry of the United Pentecostal Church International. The WVNOP Coordinator is Pastor Eugene Whetzel. Site Admin is Pastor Doug Joseph.
